- Condition: The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom Orders: Products that are custom-made or tailored to specific vehicle specifications.
- Electronics and Electrical Components: Any items that have been opened, installed, or used (such as audio systems, wiring kits, etc.).
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or as final sale.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during return shipping. Include your proof of purchase and return authorization number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
